Jane McCogginsJane McCoggins, VP Industry Affairs, has over 25 years experience in association and non-profit organization management and holds a degree in business management and marketing from Baylor University. She also serves as President of the Certification Institute. Jane managed the start-up and operations of a Small Business Incubator for the Southeastern Technology Center in Augusta, Georgia and also worked for 10 years with the non-profit American Association of Petroleum Geologists in Tulsa, Oklahoma.Jay MorganJay Morgan, VP Government Affairs & General Counsel, provides ESAC with the benefit of over 25 years of legal and regulatory experience. Before joining ESAC, Jay served for 10 years as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel for the Arkansas Insurance Department. Prior to that, he served as general counsel, vice president, and secretary to the board of directors of a regional bank holding company based in central Arkansas. Jay holds an accounting degree from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a member of the American, Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations.
Ashley MartinezAshley Martinez, VP Services, is responsible for managing all aspects of ESAC's accreditation process for applicants and accredited PEOs. She has over 15 years of customer service experience, with over 9 years of management experience. Ashley’s experience in the health care industry has included dealing with accreditation, regulatory compliance, licensing, contracting, COBRA, commercial insurance, and workers' compensation. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.Joshua ArroyoJoshua Arroyo, Accreditation Compliance Manager/Financial Examiner, provides support services for accredited PEOs and is primarily responsible for confirming compliance of accredited PEOs and applicants with ESAC’s standards. He is adept in financial modeling and equity analysis, with additional experience in customer service and PR. Joshua has served as an advisor for corporate and international finance. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a double major in Economics and Finance with an emphasis on financial services and risk management.
Keri SimsKeri Sims, Compliance Attorney, assists ESAC with day to day compliance service responsibilities, performs legal and regulatory research, and coordinates with federal and state agencies. Prior to joining ESAC, Keri worked for the Pulaski County Public Defender and Wal-Mart’s real estate department. Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations and Master of Science degree in Economic Development from the University of Central Arkansas. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Bowen School of Law in Little Rock.Katy RemingtonKaty Remington, Agency Services Coordinator, assists accredited PEOs in complying with state registration and licensing requirements in a growing number of states via ESAC's electronic multi-state compliance (eMAC) system. She also helps with accreditation reporting processes and sales tools. Katy is a Certified Trainer for various Profiles job fit and performance assessment products. Prior to joining ESAC she worked for several non-profit organizations and volunteer programs. She holds a BA in Political Science and Sociology from Ouachita Baptist University and is a graduate of the MPA program at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
