Rufus Wolff: Rufus is the founding attorney of Wolff & Ward, PLLC, and assists ESAC by reviewing accreditation applications and providing legal assistance to the Board and staff. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of taxation, law of alternative staffing arrangements, employee benefits, business planning, securities law, estate planning, and asset protection. Rufus has been actively involved in the PEO industry since 1987 and previously served as general counsel for a large PEO. He has authored position papers for NAPEO based on research of the history of common law related to co-employment arrangements and has been instrumental in the drafting of state legislation to regulate PEOs. He is a regular contributing author to NAPEO's PEO Insider and speaker at national conferences. Rufus has represented many PEOs in all aspects of their business and legal needs, including representing a significant number of PEOs in sales and acquisitions. He is a Board Recognized Tax Law Specialist, a Certified Public Accountant, and has served as an adjunct professor of law at the UALR Law School teaching Corporate Income Taxation. He received his Juris Doctor from UALR Law School, graduating with highest honors.

Brian Martin: Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and partner at Erwin & Company, P.A. He provides audit, tax and consulting services for clients engaged in a variety of industries including banking and other financial services, agriculture and real estate, as well as several not-for-profit organizations.
Brian has served ESAC in various capacities since 1998 and consults with ESAC on issues related to PEO financial reporting and accreditation requirements.
