Bill is President/Owner of Syndeo Outsourcing in Wichita, Kansas. He established his company in 2002 and provides a broad range of services including PEO, ASO, payroll and staffing, to small businesses in the Midwest. Bill was instrumental in passage of legislation in Kansas providing statutory recognition of PEOs.

Bill also owns BGM Sports Marketing, which has the radio broadcasting rights to the Wichita State University sports programs. Prior to founding Syndeo, he served as District Manager at a large national PEO. He serves on the NAPEO State Government Affairs Committee as well as on the Board of Trustees of the Kansas Golf Association, is a past president of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Kansas, and a member of the East Wichita Rotary.
