Mark serves as VP Risk Management and CFO of ADP TotalSource. He has been with ADP since 2000, most recently as VP Finance, Small Business Services, from 2009-11. Mark joined ADP as corporate VP-External Reporting. In 2003, he transferred to ADP's Employer Services division as VP of Strategy and Business Development. In 2005, he assumed the position of VP, Corporate Development with responsibility for mergers, acquisition and alliance activities.

Prior to joining ADP, Mark spent 7 years with Deloitte as part of the Financial Advisory and Transaction Services Group in NY/NJ leading engagements across various industry verticals. He is a CPA in the State of New Jersey and holds a degree in accounting and business administration. Mark is a member of the NJSCPA and AICPA as well as serving on TotalSource’s investment committee and benefits committee.
