Midge is co-founder and president of Engage PEO.  Prior to Engage, Midge was president and chief operating officer of Modern Business Associates (MBA), Inc., a PEO and HRO company. Before leading MBA, she worked abroad for several international law firms, practicing corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment law.

Midge has served the industry in various capacities including serving as chair of NAPEO, chair of the NAPEO Legal Advisory Council, chair of the Florida DBPR's Board of Employee Leasing Companies, and vice president of FAPEO.
