Prior to joining Oasis as its Senior VP and General Counsel, Kerim served as General Counsel for Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., a PEO headquartered in Charlotte, NC. He has extensive industry experience in legal matters as well as human resources, regulatory compliance, governance, insurance, benefits, acquisitions and risk management.

Kerim received his undergraduate degree, with honors, from Shimer College, his Master of Arts from DePaul University and his juris doctor from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
