Mark Perlberg

Oasis

Mark has been the President and CEO of Oasis since 2003. After beginning his career as a business litigation attorney, he co-founded and was a key architect in growing a utility bill payment processing business and negotiating its sale to Western Union, where he spent six years in management roles. He later spent four years as an officer of the John Harland Company.

Prior to joining Oasis, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of PRG-Schultz, the world's leading recovery audit firm. He is a magna cum laude graduate of both the University of Rochester, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Boston College Law School, where he was named a member of Order of the Coif (top 10%).
