Kathleen serves as VP, Governmental Affairs for Insperity where she is responsible for tracking legislation on the state and federal level that affect PEOs. Prior to joining Insperity, Kathleen was general counsel for Express Human Resources. Prior to working in the PEO industry, she specialized in employment and employee benefits law as a director with the Little Rock, Arkansas office of the McGlinchey, Stafford and Lang Law Firm.

She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law where she served as an assistant editor of the law journal. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. Kathleen's professional activities include membership in the American Bar Association in which she is active in the Employee Benefits Committee of the Labor and Employment Section. She is also a member of the American Benefits Council and has served as past-president of NAPEO.
